We left off yesterday tied up at lock E-7 with a broken exhaust.

Theone picked up the part we researched and found in stock at the auto parts store in the morning, along with more hose clamps. With those parts in hand we could finally complete the repair. It's a pretty ugly hose clampy affair, but it seemed to work and we were back in business by noon.

It was a bit sketchy getting off the dock (shallow, and a large underwater log in the way), but we reversed out of there successfully and under way the repair seemed to be holding well.

So were back at it, and continued through the locks. We made it to lock E-12 and decided to tie up at the wall just after the lock. Tomorrow we'll try to leave early and make up some lost time.
