Very lightwind day today. We sailed off anchor nice and easily, and headed towards Shroud Cay.
We put up the spinnaker, realized we needed to head upwind a short bit more (oops), doused the spinnaker, sailed the 10 minutes more we needed, and then raised it once again. It was a nice calm float downwind on the spinnaker averaging around 3 knots.
There are is lot of big boat (or I should say yacht) traffic up here and so we'd get the occasional large wake where our spinnaker would collapse and bounce all over the place. But other than that it was nice and smooth.
We dropped sails coming into the anchorage/mooring field and motored over to pick up a mooring ball.
Tomorrow we've got plans to row back up to the washing machine area on shroud, and then we'll head out the following day with what is looking to be some pretty strong winds to cross the sound back to Eleuthera.
