brockville to iroquois locks - day 3

Easy slow day today after the long run yesterday. Did some swimming and cleaning in the morning, and left our anchorage at Brockville just before 1pm. Zero wind today, so motored down the channel to Iroquois Lock. Anchored around a small island just before the lock around 4pm. Did some more swimming, and put the pt-11 dingy together and sailed around a little bit. Nice calm weather to try assembling in the water, which went pretty smooth. It's a bit of work getting it off the deck and into the water, but works pretty well overall. Had a nice little sail around the bay in super light winds. Tidying up the sails is a challange on the boat as well without a large flat surface to work with, but it's doable with some persistance.

Beautiful full moon tonight on a glass still water.

We'll plan to transit the Iroquois Lock tomorrow and maybe the US locks as well if we can get an early start.
