Caribou - day 31

We decided to stay 2 nights at anchor and so just took this day as a bit of a down day. Aria and I built a fold down desk for her cabin with some supplies we picked up in Charlottetown and a stick we picked up on the beach.

We launched the dingy and I did some actual sailing in the dingy. Nice winds for it and cruised around the bay at 4+ knots taking in the scenery. This is the first time I've really had a chance to actual sail it in some amount of wind, and it is a lot of fun. Getting a little better at launching it from the boat as well. The first few times have been pretty awkward as getting it in the water, assembled, and sailing rig installed is a bit of work.

And that was about it for the day. We had a nice shrimp risotto for dinner, and got to bed early with plans for an early start to follow the 7am ferry out of the channel.

Also, apparently we didn't take any photos today...
